We understand that you may not have made a claim for damage to your property before, and the insurance claim and repair process may be a new experience to you. We have stepped out the process below for you, however if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our friendly staff for further explanation.
I have received a link to an App, why?
Luxury Builders Australia has developed a new app to make your insurance claim process with us as smooth and easy as possible. On this app you will be able to book a time with one of our estimators to come and assess your damages at a time that is convenient for you.
I have lodged an insurance claim, what happens now?
Luxury Builders Australia will receive your claim details from your insurance company. At this point we will call you or send you a link to our app to book in one of our Estimators to assess the damage.
Our Estimator will carry out a site inspection to assess the damage. They will take photos, measurements and provide a quote and report on the damage to the insurance company.
If approval is provided by your insurance company, you will be contacted by one of our friendly Repair Coordinators to arrange the repair works to commence.
When will works commence at my property?
What is a Scope of Works?
The Scope of Works needs to be read and signed by the Insured to allow works to proceed and will also be sent to the trades people carrying out the works.
Why are multiple builders contacting me?

What is a Make Safe?
This is insurance jargon for emergency work. Our emergency response is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Our emergency response team will attend your property to ‘make safe’ the damage until it can be properly repaired.

Yes. Luxury Builders Australia is a fully licenced and qualified builder in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Our licence numbers are listed at the bottom of the page.
